NASHVILLE’S “AUTHENTIC” (SOUTHERN LIVING) NEW FEMALE VOICE LOGAN BRILL BREAKS OUT WITH DEBUT LP

TOUR DATES W/ STEVE EARLE + GARY ALLAN, TV PLACEMENTS + MORE ON THE HORIZON FOR 2014

In just a few short months since the release of her debut album ‘Walking Wires’ on Carnival Music last year, 22-year-old Logan Brill has already proven herself to be one of the most important new artists coming up in Nashville today, and her rapid momentum is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Outlets like Billboard, CMT Edge, Country Weekly, Pollstar, and CMA Close Up Magazine have already shown their support for her refreshingly authentic sound, imbued with a “bluesy American grit” (Southern Living) that sets her apart as “a far cry from the slick pop country of many of her contemporaries” (The Boot).

It seems that Americana and country music fans nationwide agree, as Logan has appeared on sold-out bills in markets from Nashville to Chicago to Washington, DC, including opening spots with artists like Josh Turner, Sara Evans, Carbon Leaf, Robbie Fulks, Jerry Douglas, Leon Russell, Todd Snider, and David Ramirez. Upcoming shows include dates with Steve Earle, Gary Allan, The Alternate Routes, and a return to Chicago’s City Winery with Emerson Hart. See below for a full list of dates.

Viewers of VH1’s “Couples Therapy” got a chance to hear Brill’s new track “Rewind” featured on a recent episode. Tune in to the show this Thursday, Jan 30, to catch another featured placement, this time for her self-penned album highlight “Scars.”

With more tour dates and major announcements coming soon, 2014 is set to be an even bigger year for Logan Brill. As the Chicago Sun-Times put it in their recent feature, “Brill looks and sounds like she is up for the challenge of becoming one of country music’s brightest new stars.”
